I wanted a wedding in the Sonoma wine country and contacted St. Francis winery. Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding followed up with me about the site. Her company A Dream Wedding are the exclusive planners at the winery. I was not looking to hire a planner but was ultimately glad I did! She saved me so much time as I live in Los Angeles. She helped us with our budget, recommended the BEST vendors, secured hotel rooms for our guests, assisted with our rehearsal dinner,and was basically there for us at every turn. Her company name “A Dream Wedding” totally fits!Oh and did I mention that she saved us tons of money on the vendors!
I was so grateful that I booked St. Francis winery and discovered Robbin at the same time!

Robbin Montero planned and coordinated my wedding, held at the home of our good friends. Robbin created an event that was flawless. Her expertise was evident…I didn’t have to do anything but enjoy my day. She took care of every single detail so I wouldn’t have to worry. I’m sure there were fires she had to put out behind the scenes, but I never knew. If you’re planning a home wedding or getting married at a large venue, do yourself a HUGE FAVOR…hire Robbin!

Frank and I owe our perfect day to Robbin. She was right,I was Queen for the Day and Frank was King! We can’t thank her enough for everything…running the day, filling our champagne glasses, making sure everyone was comfortable, packing up the cake for us and putting in a bottle of champagne, Robbin didn’t miss a thing!
All her recmmendations were fabulous and she even gave us a ride home from the reception because our taxi didn’t show up! Most of all, she became our friend and we look forward to many more memories with her.

We hosted our son’s wedding in the Wine Country and were recommended to Robbin Montero by our wedding venue. She was amazing! We live in Texas so the distance made things difficult until we met Robbin.
Not only did she help us with vendor selections, but she also helped with our guest rooms, rehearsal dinner site, transportation for all our guests and saved us money at the same time.

My husband and I were married at Trentadue winery in Healdsburg and Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding was our fabulous wedding planner! Robbin came as a recommendation of a friend of my mothers who had used her servics for their daughter’s wedding.
Robbin sat down with my parents and I to set a budget and get our ideas of our perfect day. For me, this was a crucial part of the planning as my parents and I had no idea the costs associated with planning a wedding. She suggeessted vendors that covereed everything we thought of and more, keeping our budget in mind the whole time.I was able to choose myself ( after meeting with them personally) the vendors we liked. It was hard because everyone that was referred by Robbin, was truly special.
Robbin is energetic, organized, fun to work with, great with family and friends during the whole process and extremely attentive to details. Her services are well worth your sanity. Don’t hesitate to hire Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding!!! Everyone is still raving about the wedding.

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Robbin Montero and her staff at A Dream Wedding.
We got married at St. Francis wnery in June and it could not have been a more perfect wedding. We were trying to keep an eye on the overall budget, and so we were initially concerned that we could not afford Robbin’s services, but she got us so many discounts with different vendors that her fee is actually a BARGAIN! We loved every vendor she put us in touch with and had difficulty choosing between them. We came up from Southern California for our initial vendor meetings and she had two days mapped out for us with appointments set up and confirmed. After that visit, we basically had our entire wedding planned! It could not have been more easier or fun.
Robbin had all the details flawlessly attended to and the wedding day itself was amazing. We did not worry about a single thing knowing that it was all in her capable hands. She and her assistant quietly made sure things ran smoothly behind the scenes, so that even if there was a minor problem it was taken care of before we knew about it (she had promised us that would be the case and she was right). We received so many compliments from our guests saying that is was by far the best wedding they ever attended. My husband and I got to enjoy ourselves because we didn’t have to worry about anything.
Robbin definately has the respect of the vendors in the area and a lot of connections that make the planning easy and cost affordable.You will not regret using her or her associates from A Dream Weddding to plan your wedding.

When I first started planning my wedding I thought I could do it all by myself. After of weeks of research and interviewing different planners, Robbin was the right person to make my vision become a reality. She is not afraid to tell you what will work abd what will not. Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding is so well respected in the Napa and Sonoma area that everywhere we went( vendors)and mentioned Robbin’s name, we were treated like royalty! Our wedding venue had to change due to unforseen circumstances 6 months before the date and Robbin did everything in her power to locate another site on the same date and it was our dream location-Chateau St. Jean winery. Our wedding was absoutely beautiful and not one detail was left behind. Several people who attended our wedding told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and many told us it was the inspiration for theirs and used elements from our weddding like the cigar and port bar. As I attend weddings, I have realized how smoothly our wedding went and what a great job Robbin did in executing our wedding day. Lastly, after the event we got into the limo-Robbin had put together a basket of food for us to eat-knowing that the bride and groom never eat at their own wedding. Truly a class act! I wish we could do it all over again!

Robbin not only recommends the best vendors and venues, she is always available to answer questions and be there when you wonder if you’ll get through the whole thing! I just had to write a review on Robbin Montero of A Dream Wedding. Unfortunately my wedding plans changed and I did not have my wedding in Sonoma County but worked with Robbin initially and can’t sing her praises enough. Originally I was planning the wedding at my parents home that was being built. I will never forget how much time Robbin spent with my mother and myself as we expressed our ideas and accepted her creative suggestions of things we would never have thought about. Robbin has a very special talent to get things done in a most efficient manner, all the while gathering only the best people available. Her knowledge and enthusiasm left me with complete confidence that my wedding was going to be one of the most memorable events of my life.
I just wish she lived in New York where we ended up having the wedding!
